Front-End Engineer

As part of the core Bond Street team, you’ll design and build the software platform that enables origination and application, credit evaluation, funding, and account servicing.  You’ll design user experiences far superior to conventional, paper-based lending practices.  You’ll design and implement dashboards used to visualize portfolio performance down to the level of individual borrower health.  We’re looking for extreme self-starters with a proven track record of remarkable productivity.  As part of an early startup team, your willingness to pitch in even with the most unlikely (and unpredictable) of tasks will be crucial.  Most importantly, you should share our passion for helping the small businesses you encounter every day realize their dreams of growth and greater service to their communities.


  • Ability to move through much of design & implementation stack: interface layout & design, product flow UX, and implementation (i.e., HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • You like to create things and show them to people; you understand the importance of customer feedback/testing and iteration on design.
  • You have a favorite JavaScript framework (or have a position on why frameworks are evil) and can explain why that’s the Best Tool For The Job.
  • You want to talk directly to customers to find out their pain points and use that information to create superior user experiences.
